I don't think you can contact them via email, but try using the chat icon in the bottom of this page, and type "agent" into the chat to get help from a real person.

It's a little bit confuse. So let me see if I understand that correctly.

You are a subscriber of Adobe Creative Cloud and are happy with that. You took the 30-day free stock trial, but did not cancel that before the end of the free trial, so Adobe started the one-year paid subscription (n.b.: this does not need special permission, as the terms say that you need to cancel, if you do not want a paid subscription.). Furthermore, you cancelled that during the first 14 days of your paid subscription.

The terms say, that if you cancel in the first 14 days of your paid subscription, you will get a refund. That refund will be served automatically in the next 14 days (Adobe says 5 working days if I remember the correctly). You do not need to act.

However, you would need to check the following:

  • Check your e-mails for a confirmation of your cancellation. The refund terms will be part of that e-mail.
  • Check your Adobe account, to see the active plans you have: https://account.adobe.com/plans. If the stock plan is still active, you did not correctly cancel that. You can do by clicking “Manage plan” or you can contact Adobe customer care.

Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.

For support via Twitter:

(see also here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/creative-cloud-services/how-to-contact-adobe-support/td-p/11875703 or here
https://community.adobe.com/t5/account-payment-plan/how-to-contact-adobe-support/td-p/11843852)

Important: Adobe does NOT contact you unsolicited by e-mail or direct message. If you get contacted by direct message from a person, claiming to be an Adobe employee, look at that profile and look, if they bear the “Adobe Employee” marking under their name. Adobe support does not use Skype to give you support.

If in doubt, ask the forum.
