Dear Adobe Message Board Admin,
I hope you are doing well. I’m writing to express my disappointment regarding the recent issues with my account. I accidentally activated the yearly stock plan at some point and have now just had to pay the annual cancellation fee, which I did not intend to incur. I only ever intended to pay for one month of service.
Additionally, I have been billed multiple times beyond the first month, which is quite frustrating. Given these circumstances, I would like to request a full refund for the charges after the first month, as well as the cancellation fee. This has cost me hundreds of dollars for services I did not intend to have, or have not utlized.
I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and hope to resolve it soon.

Hi @David35389630xxyq - you signed up for an annual commitment plan, which means you’re committed for a year but billed monthly. Plans that do not indicate an annual commitment can be canceled anytime without penalty. Plans that offer a 30-day free trial require cancellation within the first 30 days to avoid being locked into the annual subscription.
