Someone somewhere somehow must be able to help with re-activate my paln

so i have been here since november 2013 and just wanted to change how i pay adobe

i was listed pre 2023 so i received 250 credits per month, but after changing how i pay i am now listed as new customer and only receive 100 credits per month, please understand i have never missed a day since november 2013 , it's the customer who has been loyal this makes no since to me

i just wanted to pay by the year, that's all, by the year, and my 11 loyal years are terminated why???

being loyal to adobe must mean nothing
