I have been billed for Standard License when I was meant to buy the Extended License. Please may the last two purchases either be credited so that I may purchase the extended licenses or charge me the difference for the extended license please.

Sorry I am unclear on what is being said.
When I purchase the extended License will I be billed for the difference? (Between standard and extended)
Will you be refunding me for the two Standard Licenses?
I am mostly concerned on the billing.
