At this moment, I have been on hold to Adobe for 3 hours and 49 minutes!
I have been a Stock member since 2018 and my last download of an asset a couple of weeks ago showed 79 credits still unused. Today when I went onto the site I have only 19 credits.
Where have they gone? How do I get them back?

I guess my spelling isn't so good at this point. I have been on hold to Adobe for 3 hours and 51 minutes!

I've corrected the Adobe spelling mistake, as you can't edit your posts as a new user.

Stock subscriptions have a credits rollover for unused assets of up to a year's credits. So, with a 10-assets-per-month subscription, you can accumulate up to 120 credits. And you can't go to lessen your credits, except if you license items.
However, if you have acquired credit packs, you need to use them in a year time frame, as they expire after a year.
