Stock image that potentially needs tags changed, or needs removed

I posted a while ago about reporting images that have issues on Stock.Adobe.com and was told this is the best place to do so. I'm not certain if this one falls enough in the gray area to be "okay" or not, so I figured I would bring it up.

I'm currently looking for kids' coloring pages to give them an activity to do while they wait at an event. My search results included this -

I'm not certain if it violates Nintendo's licensing directly enough to be a problem, but it's pretty obvious what branded characters it's directly referencing. It also seems sketchy that it shows up under a search for "Kids Coloring Page" (Safe Search is on, though I'm not certain if that would matter for this kind of imagery), since it's depicting smoking and paraphanelia of something that's both age-restricted and illegal in many places.

(Apologies in advance if this ends up in the wrong part of the forums and needs moved - I've had the Adobe COmmunity stuff put my posts in the wrong category before.)

Hello, I've reported this image to the content team for review and linked this forum thread in the report. Thank you for the report and sorry for the problem with the asset search.
