subscription problem

On August 29, we had 8 credits, on August 30, our subscription should be renewed and we should receive 40 new credits (we received the invoice on August 30). But that didn't happen? What happened?

Your quota renewed on the 28th and all quota was consumed. As mentioned in your other thread the loss of quota was due to licensing an asset for 200 plan credits.
