Trying to start on https://stock.adobe.com/nl/ is not succesfull

I follow the button "Nu beginnen" may be "start now" in English. I select to pay from my paypal account.

I land in Paypal where I login and approve the tranaction "Bewaar PayPal voor geautoriseerde betalingen aan Adobe Systems Software Ireland LTD." Everything succesful in Paypal.

I then get returned to the subcription page in Abobe and receive the message:

Er is een probleem opgetreden met uw betaling. Probeer het later opnieuw of neem contact op met de technische ondersteuning van Adobe.

Which translates to:

There was a problem with your payment. Please try again later or contact Adobe Technical Support.

As a result I tried this transaction on sunday, monday and tuesday without any positive result.

I alse spent hours to figure out where to contact Adobe Technical Support. which cannot be found. The so called support pages are like a merry go round. They only serve people that have an issue that is predefined by Adobe. But not this one.

Please contact me how to solve this.

Is your complaint that you land on the /nl version of the Adobe Stock site or because you are receiving an error. I'm confused by the subject of this post.

Thank you for responding. I try to start my Stock subscription on the stock.Adobe.com/nl/ site, because I live in nl. No problem there.

The real problem is that affter Adobe issues a Paypal Transaction, that is handled well in Paypal as well as my approval of the Transaction in Paypal. That after my approval on the Paypal website, I automattically return to stock.Adobe.com/nl/ site and instead of getting access to my subscription, I receive the error message that something went wrong and should try later ot contact Adobe technical support.  There is no hint or error number of what Goes wrong there.
