I am trying to subscribe to the 10 Audios 30 day trial on Adobe Stock and I'm consistently just getting this message. Other people seemed to get it fixed by posting on the forum, so any help appreciated-thanks.

Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.

@EmeraldDragon1015C17 This is a generic error with many causes. One thing you could check is if you have purchased a Creative Cloud subscription from Adobe in the past then there may be something amiss with your payment information. Please ensure that your payment existing payment info is up to date.
