Vector image blank

I licensed file no. 226263393 and the ai file opens as blank within Adobe Illustrator (see screenshot), please advise. None of the other vectors I've downloaded are having this problem.

It looks like the layout was broken. I was able to find the layers in the top right when I zoomed out to 3% in Adobe Illustrator.
