When "This asset cannot be licensed" always happened on me?

I'm in UAE, I subscribe Adobe stock because I need to have greeting card for my company, but I continuly face this problem "This asset cannot be licensed", for example, UAE national day, women's day, UAE flag day...etc I can't license all those picture for these 3 keyword.

You are in a restricted country. You should even not see the assets you cannot licence, except if you are using a trick to see all assets.

To see the assets that are available to you you should be signed into the Adobe Stock website when you search.
