I am creating 1 'white label' video for a client who will then re-brand this video for several of their clients. Nothing will change in the video, except the logo that appears on it. Is this covered by the one-off standard licence I have bought for both the video clips and music track OR do I need to upgrade the video stock licences and music track licence to enhanced or extended licences? My aim is to pay ONCE for multiple re-brands as my client will not want to go through the admin of paying for a new licence every time the video is simply rebranded.

Each customer needs a licence on its own. So, sorry, each rebrand will need a new licence of all assets used. There is no licence for 100 rebrands (or something like that).
Except if you are an Enterprise customer, you can't get extended audio licences. The videos all come under an enhanced licence. There is no upgrade possible.

But would an extended licence not cover the rebrand? As the newly branded video is essentially a 'reproduction' of the same thing, sold on to someone.
