Good morning I continue to pay for the subscription, but for two months I no longer have the ten images available and I find myself paying for single images. Can I know why?

Hi Francesca, I have reviewed your account using the adobe ID you are using here on the forums. I see that you have received 10 licenses every month, on the 6th of the month and that all licenses have been used.  When you visit the Adobe Stock website click on the menu under your name and you'll see a link for your License History. You will see what assets you've licensed. Please let us know if you require additional assistance. EBQ

hello I haven't had 10 free images for two months and I keep paying for every single photo, even though I pay for my subscription. can we solve this problem immediately? thank you
