Extended License

If I want to purchase multiple images for resale but make edits to the original image; do I need to buy multiple extended licenses?

IMHO and based on the sparse information that you gave: YES.

But please look into the licensing terms as recommended by EBQ. I found them quite clear for the different use cases.

(Disclaimer: As always with licensing, this is my interpretation of the rules. I think they are correct and advice is based reading and interpreting the license terms and on fair use for both the buyer and the artist/stock company, but I can not rule out that my interpretation is wrong.
