Hallo, seit 2 Tagen kann ich keine Fotos mehr lizensieren. Es ging immer automatisch. Einfach lizensieren, 9.99 Euro via Paypal, fertig.
Jetzt werde ich auf die Stock Seite weitergeleitet und ich sollte ein Abo oder Credits kaufen. Beides ist nicht möglich, weil beim Kauf immer eine Fehlermeldung kommt. Leider finde ich nirgendwo einen Service oder Service Nummer der mir helfen kann.
Weiß hierzu jemand bescheid, warum es beim Credit Kauf immer zum Systemfehler kommt?

Could you please re-enter the payment details associated? Steps here: Change or update your credit card and billing information in your Adobe ID account

When you've re-entered the details, wait a few minutes then try to make a purchase. I am hoping that by re-entering the details, the payment will be triggered on the correct credit card.

Also, could you please check with your card issuer that there’s not a block for orders over a certain value?

es ist alles in Ordnung, Auch die Kontoeinstellungen sind aktuell. Ich hab das letzte Foto am 03. Dezember gekauft, hier funktionierte noch alles. Ich hab ein Bildschirmvideo erstellt um den Fehler zu sehen.
