Question about assets

I'm trying to use the asset sold on your homepage,
but if I buy the asset sources, can we use them for commercial purposes?

If we can, is there a difference from the price on the homepage?

And also, if we buy it and use it, should we use it the way we bought it?
Or is it okay to use it after changing it a bit?

Hi @예원29884961714m

The assets can of course be used for commercial purposes, there is only one type of license available on the platform which is commercial. You can use them as you download them, or change them.

However the assets can't be re-sold as is, they need to be either part of a "modified work" or a "bigger work" as witten in the EULA.
"modified work" would be for example that you used materials, applied them on models you have made and customize it to make it your own.
"bigger work" would be for example using the assets in image renders, a video game, a book illustration etc. where the commercialized product is not the 3D asset itself but something bigger.

However in the case of a "modified work" which is not part of a "larger work" are you are the one with the license to the asset and not the person purchasing for you, the sbsar or square texture of the material can not be found in what you will be distributing, you would have to distribute the texure on the assets UVs for example, or a modified version of the 3D model etc.

Please let me know if that was not clear!
You can check the complete EULA for more details:
