When does monthly download quota reset?

When does the monthly quota of 30 downloads for Substance 3D assets reset? I'm in second month of my Substance subscription, but the download quota has not been reset to 30 (still at 0).

Actually, looks like it just reset to 30, so I assume that means it's at the sign up time on the day one first signed up for the subscription (and that must have been later in the day than I originally remembered).

Mine is already a day late, my invoice clearly shows 5th August and it is now 6th August. Not only this but my Substance account assets still have not transferred to my Adobe account and there is still no plugin for Modo 15.

Hi,
From what I can see you have received your points, please let me know if that is not the case!
On the Substance 3D Assets we receive the notification the payment has been received and give points after this notification, which can be a bit later after you have been given access to the 3D tools. And after that we distribut the pints at that same hour the same day every month, which in your case is in the morning of the 6th of every month (French time).
