We are in fact investigating into a similar bug related to the 3D view, but we currently don't have a 100% repro.
I can't guarantee this will work, but I advise you to switch engine to Vulkan and see if it helps.
Tools > Switch Engine... > Vulkan
In addition, could you share your log file
Help > Export log...
