Substance 3D Education License Application proces not working?

I'm trying to apply for Substance 3D Painter eductional licenses, but the web site doesn't work!  I follow the steps, but no email is ever received from donotreply@adobepartneroffer.com with the instructions to validate my eligibility.  It's been this way for months now and really feels like Adobe are just trying to force us all to give up and pay for subscription.  I'm a student and simply can't afford to do that, so will have no choice but to use other tools instead.  Not a great way to attract and retain new users of your tools, Adobe.

 

Any update on when the educational license process will be working for Substance 3D, please?

Having been a 3D student myself, I know how bothering this can be and you're in fact not the first one to complain about this issue.

Adobe-Substance3d-Education-Issue-1.JPGThanks, but has there been any progress, please?  My trial ran out over a week ago and I have lots of work to do.  Without the educational license, I can no longer use Substance Painter.  I tried the process again and it now gives me an error stating, "Unique ID already exists".  I assume this means some form of account has been created in the "Substance" context to map to my main Adobe account, but the email telling me how to progress isn't being generated / sent?

 

Please help resolve this ASAP, the process has been unavailable now for over 2 months (was previously sat with a banner on the web page saying it was "down for maintenance" for well over a month).

Hi I've been having the same issue for over a month now and I desperately need it to continue my work at college, and this license issue is preventing me from doing anything, I've also been denied twice despite showing evidence that I do study at my college.

I tried to renew my education license and have the same issue. I tried to reach out to the support chat but only got the answer that I can't renew the education license after 12 months and would need to pay for it. Otherwise I would need to apply for the free license with a new Adobe Account. But the FAQ states: "If you are still eligible at the end of the 12 months, you can renew your student license following the same redemption process."

As long as you're a student, the licence is free! No need to pay for a subscription! Can you DM me the e-mail address used when asking the student licence?
