Hi all,

I have previously owned a perpetual license for Substance Painter 2020 (6.2.2) purchased from the substance website. This 2020 license was aqcuired by updating it from on the 2018 license I have

 transfered from the steam version.

Now I'm unable to download the perpetual license for the 2020 version since the old Allegorithmic website is done. I followed their instruction and sent on email to "allegorithmic-legacyaccount@adobe.com", but there is no response from them. I'd appraciate any help or advices. Thanks!

Download Perpetual License installers from:'

https://www.substance3d.com/legacy-builds/

Ask for License Keys:

Email: allegorithmic-legacyaccount@adobe.com CC: Etienne Carabeufs (carabeuf@adobe.com)

Subject: "Adobe Invoice Request - Allegorithmic Substance Suite Keys"

Install & place the Keys in their appropriate folder:

https://helpx.adobe.com/substance-3d-painter/getting-started/activation-and-licenses.html

Good luck!

BTW, Legacy Builds only works on my Windows 10 Pro system... doesn't function on Windows 11 for me.

Hi,

I don't want to hijack this thread, but I have the same problem with my perpetual license for Substance Designer 11.1.2-4593 bought from Allegorithmic.

I've contacted the email address twice, but there was no response from Adobe.

Any help is appreciated.
