ProtocolInvalidOperationError

Hi there,

 

I was about to start building my first graph but got this comming up.

I am recieving this error every few seconds:

 

[WRN][1145][Dunamis]Error (ProtocolInvalidOperationError) requesting tracking flag: { "errorCode": "100", "errorMessage": "org.hibernate.exception.GenericJDBCException: Unable to acquire JDBC Connection" }

 

How may I solve this?

Hi Cyril,

 

It seems that the error eventually resolved itself after I created a new package and substance graph without saving. Had no issues since. May or may not be related.

Thanks for the message.

 

Dunamis is a service collecting data for Substance 3D Designer to improve our software. Usually, if there is an issue with the connection to the server, it shouldn't prevent you to use the software, but obviously having errors every few seconds can quickly be annoying.

 

My advice would be to check there is no firewall or anything preventing the connection to the servers.
