Crash when rendering automatically

I have been using this program for years, but since I bought a new computer, it suddenly closes while rendering in this program. First of all, it would be useful to state that I am not trying to render a very large project. The same applies to very simple scenes. The same problem occurs when in Arnold. I sent the Crash file via e-mail, and I would like to get your opinions here as well. My system drivers are completely up to date.

Hello @ArdaCF,

Thanks for the message.

If similar issues are occuring in other softwares when rendering, I think the problem doesn't come from Substance Painter directly, but probably the hardware.

Considering your log, of course the hardware should be more than enough for running Painter, but it would be interesting to check the GPU's behavior in the Task Manager when rendering.

Additionally, I advise you to check our Software conflicts list in order to check none is provoking the crashes.

Lastely, I can see in your log assets loading from OneDrive. Usually, this is something that the application can't do, and network paths must be mapped mounted by the operating system.

I agree with you too, I think it's a hardware situation because when I try to render via the CPU with Maya Arnold, it doesn't render and gives the error code C00000005 (Access Violation). I wanted to ask you because Substance Painter didn't specify any code to me. I don't know if maybe it's giving the same error code because I can't see the codes. I wonder if there are any errors in the crash log or a sign for the source of the problem? This answer is very essential to me. I don't want to randomly send each of my computer parts back and wait for weeks to be wasted, best regards.
