Baking problem in Substance 3D painter

Hey,guys

When I baked my mesh,any surface below the highpoly mesh could not be baked.

Max frontal distance is worked,but max rear distance bar is no function.

Please help,thanks!

Thank you for the message.

 

Unlike the Frontal Distance, The Max Rear Distance value isn't displayed in the baker tab. This doesn't mean the value has no effects, it means that it is only visible through the results.

    The problem was resolved after I adjusted the max rear distance value and baked it again.
