Error while opening Substance Painter - you don't have permission to acces

Whenever I try to open any substance app i'm met with this message

You don't have permission to access "http://commerce-stg.adobe.com/store/segmentation?" on this server.

i have tried to renew my student licence but an error appears telling me that my code has already been redeemed (it has, i've been using substance with no problem until now).

I recently got an email from Adoe informing me of some payment issues but i had paid no mind since the only licence i have is the student one for Substance, therefore it shouldn't be a prolem. I don't understan what's causing the issue. Any help would be greatly apreciated.

subscriptions expire each year and automatically renew. when renewal is done a payment method must be on record (whether used or not). ie, you probably need to update your payment method (and may also need to re-confirm student status).

contact adobe support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
