Question

How to remove artifacts at the seams?

When I draw between islands in Blender, everything is fine at the seams, but in SP, artifacts appear there. I understand that this is because of the Bleed settings that are in Blender but which are not in SP . How to fix it, or are these settings somewhere else?

Hi Maxim,

Thanks for the message.

Substance 3D Painter shouldn't create visible seams. My first guess, considering your screenshots, would be an inverted normal. Make sure all the mesh normals are in the right direction.

If you want me to take a deeper look on what's causing this seam issue, you can always send to me privately your .SPP file at cdellenbach@adobe.com

Best regards,
