If you have technical issues such as instabilities, crashes, low performances, etc, you may post about it here.

 

Make sure to check out our FAQ as it covers several common questions and issues.

 

In order to get help in an efficient manner, make sure to:

 

  • Set a topic on your message to help identify it for the support team.
  • Attach a log file to your message. See this page on how to do that.
  • Attach a screenshot of the issue to your message (if possible).
  • Indicate a few steps to reproduce the problem (if possible).
