I am still getting crashes after adjusting TDR and installing latest AMD drivers.

I am getting recurrent issues in which the program will stall out or crash completely after just applying a few smart materials or even just one onto my mesh. I am basically not able to do anything in the program. 

I have adjusted the TDR in the regedit and I have installed the most recent AMD drivers.

Despite this, I am still getting messages such as these. 

I am including the exported log file.
