Is it possible to get back to the older version of SP 2022?

My Steam version of Substance 3D Painter updated from 7.4.1 to 7.4.2, but I wat to stay on 7.4.1 for some time.

Is there a way to delete updates or to upload the 7.4.1 version from the Adobe website or Steam?

you can have access with Substance Painter Steam edition 2021 to
7.1.1, 7.2.3, 7.3.1 and 7.4.3. You can revert to the last bug fix of a major release.

Right click on properties then:

It seems that for Substance 3D Painter 2022 there's no such option

You will have access to the last bug fix of any new major release of this year.

So Adobe isn't planning to provide an access to the previous versions of 2022 edition like Allegorithmic did with previous editions?
