Not getting the student redeem code for 3D Painter

New Here ,

Hello,

I'm getting this error every time I'm trying to get the code for my student 3D Painter license. It worked the first time, but I didn't get the email with the code.

So basically I'm stuck with no code... Is there any fix for this?

you should search your spam folder or contact the code issuer.

I've tried this this with no luck. My school says it's an issue on Adobe's side.

It seems like the server won't send me the code. I tried again today and got this screen, but no mail, not even in spam folder.

if there's a block, it's on your email server's end.

That doesn't make sense. I get mails from Adobe and many others.

Any suggestion how to check this?

@Odin29343114yccb

you could see if you can contact adobe support to get more help. there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

phone:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...
