The shadow of the object to which the alpha map is applied is the output as modelled. For example, if you apply a circular alpha texture to a square plane, the shadow comes out as a square rather than a circle.
As I inquired through chat with Adobe, he offered me a solution to get rid of modelling that square.
All my characters would lose their hair if I followed this advice. If it was an attempt to be funny, it was a success though, Adobe needs to train his staff so they can at least understand what the problem is.

Hello @경화28762489jk35,
Thanks for your message.
Could you share a screenshot of the issue you're facing, so I can have better idea on what's happening? What rendering application are you using?
Let me know.

What rendering software are you using? Is it the viewport from Substance Painter? Is it Iray? Is it something else?
From what I can see, the snow flake has a proper shadow on top, and an incorrect one on side. Therefore, the problem could come from something else: The Ambient Occlusion.
When you baked the AO, the plane (for the snow flake) was close to the package, so it has drawn dark areas at this place. Remove the AO and try rendering once again to see if that's the issue.

Oh, my god...
Adobe needs to train his staffs.
I hope you can see the top of this page. "home > substance 3D painter ".
Guess what program I'm using.
And... I attached screenshot. You can't notice it is real time view?
Moreover, top of the right on the image, there is a small word "material". You could notice it is not rendering.
view.
And a snowflake further away in the box has the correct shadow, and a snowflake closer to the correct one doesn't have the right shadow. The planes are same props and same ao texturae.

I understand the frustration, but most artists don't render with Iray considering it doesn't give a lot of control to the user, and shadows (expects for specific maps like AO) aren't defined by textures. Texturing with Painter and rendering with a tier app is a really common thing, hence my question. If the first image is indeed the viewport of Painter, the second one (where the issue occurs) doesn't have any info on this regard. In addition, if the problem comes from the viewport (not Iray), you have to known the 3D viewport has many limitations due to real time needs. Therefore, I would check if the issue persists in my rendering software.
That being said, I maintain this issue probably comes from the AO map. Not from the planes AO, but the package AO. When baking the map, due to the proximity between the plane and the package, the baking will add shadows on the package itself, just behind the plane. It also make sense that a further away object wouldn't share the same issue, because the further apart the objects are, the fewer occluded areas there will be.
You can try to remove the AO map from the package, and check if the issue persists.
Keep me updated.

It didn't solved yet.
either viewport or rendering view still has wrong shadow.
And moreover, sometimes, some icons that under the material and texture resource menu (mataerial, alpha, etc) dissapeared.
It doesn't happend when I used subscription but recently, my subscription expired so I bought this at steam.
Then, it happend.
And, you know, AO map is important to look more real, I need AO mpa. if I remove this for shadow, the quality of my prop will be down. Many artsts rendered their porfolio in game filed and upload them on Arstation.com. So, just remove AO map doesn't make sense.
And..you know, show correct shadow applied alpha texture on plan is resolved issue on 3DMAX 15years ago.

I suggested to remove the AO to check whether that's issue. If the issue was the AO, you could have obviously edit it.
It's a bit hard to blindly troubleshoot. Could you share your .SPP file at cdellenbach@adobe.com with a link to this thread, so I can investigate on my end?
Let me know.
