I want to bake a curavture map with a normal map ... and also with my high poly mesh

I use a low poly mesh to work with in substance but have a subdivided high definishing mesh added in the baking settings.

The option to 'generate a curvature from a normal map' does say '(deprecated)', still i find it weird / dumb that it doenst use the high poly mesh or at least give me the option.

If i dont use the 'generate from normal map' but the 'generate from mesh' it doesnt use the normal map at all (and normal map is selected in the texture set settings and unchecked in the baking settings)

I am a newby, am i doing somthing wrong? What is a good solution for this?

What i want:
- bake a curavture from normal map ... with my high poly mesh

What i can do:
- bake curvature from mesh (and it picks high definition mesh if its available, ignores the normal map)
- bake curvature from normal map (but it doesnt pick the high poly mesh)

In attachment you see the 2 curvature maps it creates. You can clearly see the low poly mesh lines whenever it ads the normal map. Also added the normal map.
