Substance Painter screen flickering

Hello everyone

I have an Msi brand laptop. When I enter Substance Painter, the screen occasionally flickers. I do not experience this problem in normal use or games on the computer, I only experience it with this program. I tried all kinds of ways but I couldn't solve it. Reset, Driver uninstall etc. What is the solution to this? I've included a video below.

For me the issue is hardware related, and I'm afraid the RAM is below the minimum requirement for running Substance 3D Painter.

That being said, when the flickering have started? Was it after a specific update? You could also try to update your GPU driver, but considering how recent your current one is, I'm not sure this will help

Hi Crill,

I solved the problem. The problems went away when I turned off the power saving and adaptive sync settings from the Intel Graphics Control Center. It may sound ridiculous, but since I am working on a 4k and 144 Hz panel, there is no program support. The UI looks both large and blurry. I had to reduce my screen to 2k. I think there should be more detailed settings regarding graphics in the substance painter.

Thanks for helping.

Hello Hasan,

To be honest, this is the first time I see such an issue with Substance Painter. Let me investigate a little bit, but in the meantime, could you send me your log (help > export log), so I can have a closer look?

Let me know,
