I’ve been experiencing this issue for almost a week now, and unfortunately, none of the suggested troubleshooting steps have resolved the problem. I also reached out to Adobe Support, but the responses I received largely repeated the same steps already attempted—without success.
I tried contacting Cyril Dellenbach directly via DM, but have not received a response. Additionally, related threads discussing this problem remain unresolved.
Given the persistent nature of this issue, could you please escalate this matter or reach out to Adobe on my behalf? Your support in helping to get this addressed more effectively would be greatly appreciated.
