Adobe certification other than Certiport/Pearson?

Hi there,

Does anyone know if there's another company that does ACA certification other than Certiport/Pearson? I've been using them for a year and have had a lot of tech issues, often resulting in students not being able to take exams on exam dates and having to spend hours on the phone with tech support.
