Difficulty using Adobe Support to contact a person!

I am trying to contact someone - an actual person who works at Adobe - either through online chat or by phone (in Canada). How do I find that information? The recent changes to the site have turned it into a maze....

It shows up randomly. I think there is some algorithm that decides that you've tried to fix it enough on your own and then shows you the way to contact them. Once I went to Twitter, it was easy peasy to contact them. Also, once I finally did get a hold of someone, it went super fast and they were amazingly helpful. I honestly couldn't have fixed it on my own.
