Hello, 

I am unable to get off this screen. I have dome all the necessary troubleshooting steps like clearing cache, using a new broswer, using Incognito, etc, and I am still getting the same error message. 

Is there any help that can be provided?

(and if there's a browser-specific issue, the quickest way to diagnose that is to use a different browser.)

I have to log into a Learning Hub. When it first comes up, it tells us to create an account. When I attempted to do that, I was advised that the email address was already associated. I tried to just login and when I did that I received the error message that was posted in the first message. 

The company also stated that we can only use chrome.

i'm not (and you shouldn't be trying) to connect to that error page.

I was provided these steps by my new employer and I keep getting an error message:

well, let your employer know that's a spam link.  (unless you work for domino's)

then be more politic with whoever's responsible for that link.  it's their issue, not adobe's
