I did not purchase any adobe product yet, i heard some where else adobe allowed photoshop cs2 version for free,

can i download and use photoshop cs2 version because i can not afford expensive product.

I am unaware of anywhere you can download CS2 legally for free.

The Adobe statement near the top of this page, seems pretty clear to me:

"Only customers who legitimately purchased CS2 or Acrobat 7 and need to maintain their current use of these products may use the serial numbers provided during the download."

So, my personal interpretation of this: if you purchased CS2 ($$$) then you are entitled to download and use the software and keys provided.

As far as I know, you can not "legally" download a free version of Adobe Photoshop.
