I did not purchase adobe product yet, i can not afford expensive adobe products, can i download Photo shop cs2 version for free..

The Adobe statement near the top of this page, seems pretty clear to me:

"Only customers who legitimately purchased CS2 or Acrobat 7 and need to maintain their current use of these products may use the serial numbers provided during the download."

So, my personal interpretation of this: if you purchased CS2 ($$$) then you are entitled to download and use the software and keys provided.
