Inspired or Discouraged?

Occasionally somebody does something so amazing that it just makes me feel like a total failure.

It reminds of the famous story about how Brian Wilson quit making music for 30 years after hearing Sgt. Peppers'.

Something so brilliant will inspire some and discourage others.

I'd seen the Wintergarten machine before, but I didn't realize it was all Photoshop, or perhaps more likely After Effects.

OK Go came to my attention with that crazy 'I Won't Let You Down' video with a zillion of these.  Apparently not a single airliner was caused to crash as a result of the drone shot towards the end.

I couldn't watch the entire Obsession video as I found it distressing to see all that paper and ink being used up.  >500 printers and a ton of fully inked pages.  [shudder]
