SPAM WARNING if you have USAA Insurance

Supposed 'account verification' notice from USAA but the domain is uni-wuppertal.de and the verification link is ad.apsalar.com - which I can see BEFORE letting a message come to my computer because I use https://www.firetrust.com/products/mailwasher-pro to view messages on the server
