Do you want a 2-½ hour course with who many consider the master of filmmaking? Tonight at 6:30p EDT, HBO has a documentary, “Spielberg”. It premiered last night and we must see it again (and probably again). If you have any interest in telling a visual story, you want to watch this. HBO has confirmed a diverse array of timely and thought-provoking documentaries for the first half of 2018, including: Judd Apatow’s two-part, four-and-a-half-hour documentary THE ZEN DAIRIES OF GARRY SHANDLING; Peter Kunhardt’s KING OF THE WILDERNESS.

    Great link, thank you.

Arthur Miller is March 19. Interviews shot by his daughter. He's a favorite playwright of mine.

    Thanks Brian.

You are quite welcome. There are some many filmmaking luminaries featured in the documentary. It's a great teaching tool.

It turned up last night on satellite TV here...what a great insight into a truly talented man!

It was starting about the time I was heading to bed (due to an early start).  Two and a half hours later....

    Thanks for the recommendation!
