Where is the ACI program? (Adobe Certified Instructor)

I was looking to have some more information about the ACI program of some times ago. I remember you should have at least 3 ACE certificate and you could became ACI specialized in...

Now all the information about ACI are outdated or completely gone.

So how is possible to move on from ACE?

yes, but that talk about only ACE program. Not for instructor.

To be an ACI, you need to have the ACE plus CTT (Certified Technical Trainer).

Now, Adobe had merged the 3 modules of Photoshop , Illustrator , and indesign under one umbrella called AD0-C101 and the exam name is "Adobe certified instructor for creative cloud Design and Layout. However this exam is now limited to Authorized partners. Same case for Adobe certified Instructor for creative cloud Video editing solutions " AD0-C102" which covers both Premiere pro and After Effects. 

Looking forward for more information for freelancer Adobe Instructors!!

I am asking whether adobe is offering  AD0-C101 and AD0-C102 exams for new ACIs and freelance trainers?

i don't see any mention of those on adobe's website.
