Have you lost the disc only or the serial number along with it, if the serial number is also lost then contact Adobe so they can take preventive measure to avoid the piracy issue. and If only the media to install the software is lost then you can get it from prodesigntools.com ... View more

Check this DVD on the different machine , it will help you in knowing the issue is with the DVD or with the disk drive. If its the Disk drive then contact DELL and get the copy craeted for disc 2 as a backup and if the DVD has the problem then you need to look for your backup (if created). ... View more
