Click on the arrow next to HSB Sliders. You can then use the three dots to switch between HSB or RGB. Then click on the number beside Hue, Saturation, Brightness or Red, Green, Blue and you'll get a number pad. Where you can enter specific numbers, if you know only the HEX code you'll need to convert it to either HSB or RBG to enter it.

I'm guessing you're exporting as mp4. Have you tried exporting as gif or PNG sequence? Do either of these options allow you to then import and use in Ps and Ae. I understand the png sequence is multiple files. But if that allows you to continue with Fresco in your workflow it will allow you to continue until this issues is fixed.

Does the black screen appear on all files you open? Including new and old. Or just the current files you're sharing in the screenshot? I see you've done the reinstall step but also check that Win11 and all drivers are up to date. Can you tell if you have DirectX 12.1, without this exact version we've seen many different issues.

The fill with transparency seems to work with Vector brushes quite well. I tried your method of importing an image, converting to pixel and had the same problem with the transparent fill attempts.

This issue is not happening with the Intuous Pro. So could be compatibility issue with your Wacom device. Make sure all software is up to date to start with, if you haven't already.

How long have you been using Fresco for? Is this a new issue after an update? Are you used to a different drawing app? If you've been using other apps and you're new to Fresco I'd say definitely give it a bit more practice time.

I agree with Imaginerie on this one. As Adobe employees have mentioned in previous threads if we don't have DirectX12.1 Fresco won't run. So unless they've created a downgraded version, I don't think you'd be able to run it.

The Eraser does not appear to work as an eraser without selecting the appropriate button. Even if you add Fresco as an Application (Wacom) and make sure the Eraser is set appropriately it doesn't work as expected in Fresco.

Fresco has this for single lines only at this point. Hold position at the end of a line and it will straighten. Not currently available for curves or full shapes.

The Symmetry drawing option is listed in the Upcoming features. When it will be added is anyones guess. Adobe won't give time frames. That way they can't be held accountable if they don't release something 'on time'.

I see you've listed version 12 of DirectX. Fresco requires version 12.1 for it to work. Very minor detail but that is enough to prevent it from running.

300ppi for sure. Dimensions the 8k pixel setting is around 70cm (27inch) so if the prints are going to be a lot smaller than that then you don't necessarily benefit from creating such a large canvas. If the prints will be bigger then definitely go as big as the canvas will allow. I do have a feeling that the larger the canvas the more restrictions there are on layer numbers though so consider that too. Unless I'm mixing up my apps and Fresco doesn't have a problem here.

Fair assumption, but it doesn't look like the feature has been added that way. So look for the same standard brush in the Outline group and it should work fine.

Being a new feature we are all new to this one! There is an Outline Brush. Select that and the dual colour option will appear

What size is your original image and are you zooming in to show the results of the export? Fresco does not create true Vector graphics, it creates shapes rather than vector lines.

I agree a screenshot would definitely be helpful here. Including the open layers panel. Is it that the opacity is allowing one layer to show through a layer which is above it?

there are many posts regarding the different OS that everyone wants to see Fresco on. I'm sure I've seen comments in the forum suggesting there are plans for it, which differs from what Imaginerie has stated. I would suggest the best place to communicate your desire for the app on Android will be in the UserVoice page, where a search will show that many others have also made the same request.

There are some Photoshop features which will prevent a psd file from opening in Fresco. I wonder if this is part of the problem. Procreate may use those features in it's psd export.

Adobe generally don't announce release dates for apps or updates. That way they can't be held to a specific timeframe. As users of the software ourselves the majority of people responding on the forum wouldn't have a clue either.

Interesting that this has been getting reported for quite a few versions now. I'm testing in Version 4.2.0 with what I believe would be the same devices. I've tried all things which others have suggested as a fix in reverse to try to replicate the problem and I'm not able to create a random spot when using ctrl+z to delete lines. So I'm thinking it has something random to do specific devices and internal hardware or software versions combinations rather than what is turned on connected or touching another device,

There are some features you can use in Photoshop which then prevent the file from opening in Fresco. Normally it would give you an error, but I'm wondering if this is a similar scenario. Do you have multiple versions where you can go back a stage or two to check if other files will still open.

Can you include an image of the differences? A pixel brush will work with the pixels, therefore most likely not looking as neat as a Vector which plots a line from point A to point B. When I think of trimming (Photoshop) it is used to cut the edges off, is that how you're using it in your request? If so you could probably crop the canvas size down to the point you want to clean things up.
