I use AME every day in a professional work environment. Aside from slower rendering of AE comps than in AE, it works great, especially with Premiere sequences. Issues could stem from a few sources, old video card drivers, corrupted project, out-of-sync versions between Premiere and AME. I'd start with updating all the apps, video drivers, clearing the media cache, and restarting. If you're still having issues, could be a corrupted project. Try importing your previous project to a new one which usually fixes corruption. If it seems like it's from an effect, then try removing effects till it's working. If the timecode is off by a simple amount, then you can correct if you right-click the clip in the project panel > Modify > Timecode and set the correct starting time. If you can correct the timecode this way, then syncing by timecode should work. Otherwise, syncing by audio or slate if you have one is your best bet. ... View more

When you shoot at 120fps, then your shutter setting is dialed for 120 and motion blur looks natural when played back in slow motion. When you ramp it up to realtime, now all your motion blur is way less than it should be at realtime and it looks more choppy. You can fix this by shooting at slower shutter speeds or adding motion blur back in with Pixel Motion Blur in AE or RSMB or some tool like that. If I understand correctly, your timeline is 25fps and your footage is 60fps and 120fps but you're interpreting all the footage at 25fps correct? If that's the case then you'd use these speeds: - 60fps interpreted at 25fps (aka 41.6% speed). If you want to play that back in real-time use: 240% ( 60 / 25 = 2.4 = 240%) - 120fps interpreted at 25fps (aka 20.8% speed). Looks like a script or extension is throwing an error. Probably an extension since Premiere can only have extensions. Do you have an extension installed for AE and PPRO that starts automatically? You can narrow down the issue by renaming the whole folder temporarily to see if it is an extension.
