If the issue is related to the permission of the files and folders, you use the command of sudo. You type in something like this below. sudo open /Applications/Adobe\ After\ Effects\ 2025/Adobe\ After\ Effects\ 2025.app * password requested to run the app.

I guess the issue is related to the permission of the folder. If you are familiar with the use of command line, you launch Terminal.app and type in sudo chmod -R 777 {directory path} to arrange the folder permission.
