Cinema 4D download not recognized

I've had my personal creative cloud plan for a week now, and every time I try to change the renderer to C4D the app says it needs to be downloaded. And every time I check for it in my CC account, it says C4D has been added. Really confused by this

If you search your start menu for Cinema4D, you should be able to see and open the program. At this point, you'll be asked to register / sign in. Once that's done, see if the problem persists.

Hello, I have the same problem, I signed in Maxon and still it says there is no license available, what can I do?

Would you update your local Maxon app if it is available?

That's not ideal.

Are you on Mac or Windows? Can you check if Cinema 4D is installed on your computer? In Windows, you can check that in Add or Remove Programs, and on Mac, look for the Cinema 4D folder in the Applications folder.
