I would do a 'save as' on the presentation. The new version of the presentation may work. Otherwise, open a blank presenation and copy and paste all the non-quiz slides into the new presentation. The assumption here is that you are trying to do "simple stuff" between the computers. That is not how the copy/paste features work. You can copy and paste items on your computer or on the remote controlled computer, but you cannot copy from one computer and paste to another. The other computer cannot look to your note pad an know that you want to paste from it instead of it's own note pad. You will want to use a camera that has some functionality for adjusting the color, contrast and brightness. For what it's worth the cameras built into the new Dell laptops work great in all light sources. Otherwise you can get a consumer level DV video camera with USB or Firewire outputs and connect that to the computer. No problem, you may want to try using Captivate 3. It will allow you to import the PPT slide deck, though it tends to reduce the image quality, but you can insert 2 audio tracks, a music track that will loop, and a voice track. You can import the audio file to the first slide and then use the audio editor tool to manually move the slide marker to where you want them to change in the audio file. For training courses (or curriculums), you can have any item that you can put into the Content Library. There is no limit to what that can be except the 100mb upload limit, but only a Presenter Presentation (made in PPT) or a Captivate Presentation can have Quiz functionality and tracking. This issue is not related to your web browser. Are you using the Presenter menu on a saved PPT? You must save the PPT presentation to have the Presenter menu work, it should tell you this if you didn't save your PPT. When I have seen this, it seems to have been a graphics card issue on older computers. It may also be an issue with an older version of Flash. Try getting Flash Player 9 and see if that fixes the problem, or try screen sharing on another computer. Ok I do understand the recurring training deal, have had to do the same thing for lawyers. I guess first I would ask if you have Presenter 6.2. An update to the most recent version may help. If that doesn't work I would then leave it to publish overnight and see if it is just taking so long because it is so large (you may have already tried this). Finally, if nothing else seems to be working, I would take the PPT, PPC and file folder that hods the attachments and other stuff and put it on another computer and try publishing it there.
