You may be having some network issues, if you are behind
firewalls or proxy servers. There is no documentation on these
issues, so here is the only advice I have ever heard:
"If they have Windows Server 2003 R2 they have an option for
a print server and they could push it as a printer to any group
policy they wanted"

Ok here are the rules for the outlook plug-in:
1. You MUST be a member of the Meeting Host group
2. You MUST list the URL of a meeting room in your "My
Meetings" folder (Put the "/" at the end of your URL)
Once the plug-in is working you can select any meeting room
in your "My Meetings" folder

I have not seen the Service Plan link work on any account.
I would go to

Presenter is a Power Point only add in. It will not show up
in any other office programs. Also, Presenter 6.2 is out. You
should get it from your getting started link on your Connect
Enterprise Server Home Page.

Not that I am aware of, though you can try getting into the
XML of the Quiz Generator if you want. You get there with this file
path:
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Presenter 6\Templates\GenerationXML
If you know XML, that may work for you.

I would do a 'save as' on the presentation. The new version
of the presentation may work. Otherwise, open a blank presenation
and copy and paste all the non-quiz slides into the new
presentation. Then your Quiz manager should work. As an FYI in PPT
07 you can move grouped items without ungrouping them, solving this
problem.

Did you un-group any part of the question? Un-grouping the
questions parts (Answers and radio buttons) will break the question
and it will be dropped from the quiz manager.

Go to your 'Getting Started' page in the Enterprise Server
and download FlashPaper 2. You can then print to SWF. Convert your
PDF to SWF and upload to the share pod.

The assumption here is that you are trying to do "simple
stuff" between the computers. That is not how the copy/paste
features work. You can copy and paste items on your computer or on
the remote controlled computer, but you cannot copy from one
computer and paste to another. The other computer cannot look to
your note pad an know that you want to paste from it instead of
it's own note pad.
Also, as a side note, if you are remote controlling a Mac
from a PC consider that they key strokes are different on the two
OS's. PC = CTRL+P, Mac=CMND(ALT for PC users)+P.

Without the plug in the users will not be able to have the
share pod go full screen, they will not be able to screen share or
upload files to the file share pod. If those are not an issue for
you then you shouldn't have any issues with the users not having
the add-in.

You will want to use a camera that has some functionality for
adjusting the color, contrast and brightness. For what it's worth
the cameras built into the new Dell laptops work great in all light
sources. Otherwise you can get a consumer level DV video camera
with USB or Firewire outputs and connect that to the computer. You
can then place the camera in any location in the office with the
best lighting to give a good quality picture.

Another thought on this:
If you do full motion recordings in captivate, they should be
recorded at 1024 X 768 or smaller. If are recording a larger space,
the full motion recordings tend to break down.

No problem, you may want to try using Captivate 3. It will
allow you to import the PPT slide deck, though it tends to reduce
the image quality, but you can insert 2 audio tracks, a music track
that will loop, and a voice track. The music track will reduce in
volume when any other audio is playing. I hope this feature will be
put into Presenter 7 but we'll see.

You will have to adjust the slide timings to match what you
had set up originally. Additionally you will probably have to redo
your animation synchronization as well, but now you know how to do
it so you will not have to redo it in the future.

You can import the audio file to the first slide and then use
the audio editor tool to manually move the slide marker to where
you want them to change in the audio file. You will only be able to
have one audio track going to if you are looking for background
music this is not the tool.

Check the folder that holds all the external content for the
Presentation (in the same location as the PPT and PPC file. I've
seen those files go missing from that folder on occasion. Also,
check that they are in the same folder just within the Presentation
folder.

For training courses (or curriculums), you can have any item
that you can put into the Content Library. There is no limit to
what that can be except the 100mb upload limit, but only a
Presenter Presentation (made in PPT) or a Captivate Presentation
can have Quiz functionality and tracking. I don't believe that this
is expected to change.

This issue is not related to your web browser.
Are you using the Presenter menu on a saved PPT? You must
save the PPT presentation to have the Presenter menu work, it
should tell you this if you didn't save your PPT.
When you say nothing happens, do you mean nothing, or do you
get an error message?
Another option, reinstall Presenter and see if that fixes the
problem.

This is because you have a trial version of Presenter. There
is no "pay per use" version of Presenter so the only way to get it
is to purchase it from an Adobe Authorized Reseller. I would be
more than happy to talk to you about price.

some phone numbers to call Adobe and get purchase details, or a

When I have seen this, it seems to have been a graphics card
issue on older computers. It may also be an issue with an older
version of Flash. Try getting Flash Player 9 and see if that fixes
the problem, or try screen sharing on another computer.
I have seen this issue on purchased accounts so I don't
believe that it is an issue with being a trial version.
