You are thinking of the correct menu, just try reselecting
the camera from the drop down menu, not just the one selected,this
seems to be the key, and then stop sharing the camera, then start
sharing your camera again. That usually fixes it.
With the screen sharing issue, I have only seen a problem
with older computers and lesser graphics cards. The difference of
permission levels in the room (Host, Presenter, or Participant)
shouldn't have made a difference. You may also try checking the
room bandwidth in the Meeting menu, and setting that to LAN or
Cable/DSL. If it is set on modem, then you will get choppy images
that are hard to follow.
