There is a way to do that. Let me start with B. Mp3 or a PCM WAV file. A. There are a couple of ways to do this. 1. You take the whole audio and import it to your 1st slide. You then go into the audio editor feature and manually move the slide markers to the correct location in the audio. Then either use the audio editor tool or audio synchronization tool to get the animations synched with the audio. 2. Have your "voice" record the audio for each slide in a different audio file (name them so you know which presentation and which slide they belong with). Local file paths only work on the computer from whence they came. Your best option would be to PDF whatever is in the file, or burn your PDF to a CD with the file you want associated and that way you can list a hyperlink to the file on the CD. Tuppers57, So I understand you say that the flash file plays when you slide show the PPT? If you insert the flash file through the Insert Flash tool it shouldn't play in the slideshow mode, but will play in a published presentation. Rules for inserting flash: 1. You must insert through Presenter > Insert Flash (you did this) 2. You can only insert SWF files. 3. You need to add enough silence for the non-interactive SWF to play on the slide (length of the SWF movie) 4. For non-interactive SWF files you should make them controlled by the presentation playbar in Presentation Settings > Flash Files Tab and then check the box for that SWF. 5. You can make the slide advance by user in the Slide Properties for interactive SWF files. Follow those rules and you should be fine. The preload flash check box I would leave that unchecked, it is a setting for low-bandwidth users and will cause more frustration that good. Gatorgal, When Cp3 outputs SWF files, two or more come out. To insert a Cp3 movie into Presenter, you need to: 1. Take the SWF file that is just the name of your build, not the _skin, or _full motion. 2. Build films without full motion captures as they will not translate when you bring the previously mentioned file. 3. If they are interactive, then be sure that there is no text entry fields (except for quiz slides, don't know why they work and the normal text entry boxes don't, but what can you do?), they can be click along interactions though. Yeah, that seems to sound about right. I would try a USB mic. My luck with line mics has been spotty at best. Currently my Dell Laptop makes me sound like I'm recording techno unless I use a USB mic. This may just have to do with the audio card in the computer, but I have never had a problem with a USB mic. So you can get a good USB mic for $20-50 and that may solve your problems. You don't need to worry about learning new functionality. Then new features for Connect 7 are all going to be improvements that make using the product easier. While Adobe has not come out and publicly announced the new feature list, the one feature that I have heard them publicly say is that the meeting rooms will have break out room functionality. The best answer is kind of and no. As a participant, no there is no way to change the location or size of the pods. If you grant the participant enhanced participant rights, then they can make the pod that they have been given permission to take up the screen (full pod mode). They cannot relocate the pods. The permissions given to the pods in enhanced participant rights are presenter level permissions. As an important note, if you give the participants rights to a pod and they change it to full pod mode, then it makes that change for everyone in the room. The pod where you have some flexibility is the share pod, where you can, in the drop down menu for Full Screen, give the participants a full screen option. By doing this they can make the share pod full screen as needed (when something is being shared in the share pod) for themselves. This is normal. This call is not recognized by Presenter. The best method to create an effect is to copy the slide an give the user the ability to go "back" to the slide but by using branching they are actually seeing a different slide.
